RINA is currently recruiting for a Land Registry Specialist to join its office in Milano within the Real Estate General Management Division.

Key Accountabilities

Mansioni:

Aggiornamento database immobiliare

Catalogazione e archiviazione documentale

Revisione pratiche edilizie

Revisione pratiche catastali

Aggiornare planimetrie CAD

Nello svolgimento di tale attività la risorsa lavorerà a stretto contatto con il Responsabile dell'Area specifica dedicata alla gestione patrimoni immobiliari

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture

Qualifications

Requisiti:

Ottima conoscenza dei software Excel, Autocad, Adobe Acrobat

Precisione, ordine e accuratezza nello svolgimento delle mansioni

Capacità di interazione con clienti e collaboratori

Competenze in project management

È richiesta un’esperienza di almeno 7 anni.
