RINA is currently recruiting for a HSE Analyst (Rio de Janeiro, RJ) to join its office in Rio de Janeiro, RJ within the Energy Project Solutions Division.

Mission

Support the contract HSE manager by monitoring and controlling internal administrative processes, tracking performance indicators, organizing field data, assisting internal and external clients, and contributing with improvements to optimize routines and enhance operational efficiency.

Activities

  • Support the contract security manager by monitoring and controlling the department’s internal administrative processes, ensuring the proper execution of activities and compliance with established deadlines.

  • Monitor security performance indicators, updating and consolidating information to support management.

  • Compile and organize data collected from field inspections, ensuring the proper structuring of information to support decision-making.

  • Provide support to internal and external clients by delivering qualified service, resolving operational demands, and escalating more complex cases to the appropriate parties.

  • Collaborate by suggesting improvements to the department’s administrative processes, contributing to routine optimization and enhancing operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Occupational Safety Technology

  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI

  • Intermediate English

  • Experience with HSE KPI analysis and document management
