We are seeking experienced professionals to take on the role of Senior Construction Supervisor for Piping Works on a freelance basis, with an anticipated start date of 1st September 2025. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and oversee critical piping projects, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the construction process.

About the Role

As a Senior Construction Supervisor, you will be pivotal in managing all aspects of piping works on-site. Your responsibilities will include supervising construction teams, liaising with project managers, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will also contribute to the planning and scheduling of work to meet project deadlines, while promoting a culture of safety among all staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee piping construction activities and provide technical guidance to ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop work schedules and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.
• Facilitate communication between contractors, vendors, and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to site activities and progress updates.
• Address any issues or concerns that arise on site promptly and effectively.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in construction supervision, particularly in piping works. You should be adept at managing teams, possess strong leadership skills, and have a comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies and safety standards.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role within the piping industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, piping specifications, and industry regulations.

• Relevant certification in construction management or safety is highly desirable.
