RINA is seeking for SAT Diving Representative in Libya (Offshore)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Main responsibilities: 

1. Overall Supervision of all types of Diving Operations, at all levels on behalf of an Oil Company        

2. Subsea systems and equipment (Subsea Templates, Manifolds, Wellheads, Control Modules) overall design/engineering, design integrity and compliance with international standards, company guidelines and engineering best practices as applied to offshore oil & gas fields

KEY ACTIVITIES           

Most of the work takes place on Supply Vessels/Barges in charge of Diving Operations.

1. Supervision of Diving Personnel all with long experience in the diving industry and years, like for example Diving Superintendent, Bell or surface-supplied Diving Supervisor, Bell Diving Supervisor, Air diving Supervisor, Bell Diver, Life Support Supervisor (LSS), Life Support Technician (LST), Assistant Life Support Technician (ALST), Dive Technician.

2.Organizing and taking supervision of Diving Operations, including  Operational execution, Diving operation plan, Third party operations, Management audits,  Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Audits,  Interfacing, HAZID, knowledge of Roles and responsibilities, knowledge of  Worksite representative roles and responsibilities, Competency assessment processes, audit plans,   Information validation, Work scopes and procedures, Mobilisation planning,  Mobilisation initiative, Mobilisation and demobilisation plan, Demobilisation plan, Risk assessment, Emergency Response Plan (ERP), Emergency response guidelines, Management of Change and Accident investigation and reporting,

MINIMUM & MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:            

• Work experience of ten (10) years in the field of the sought discipline
• Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write specifications and reports.
