RINA is currently recruiting for a BIM Specialist Infrastructure to join its office in Lecce or Milano or Napoli or Genova, Italy within the Italy Infrastructure & Mobility Division.

Mission

The role is focuses on creating and managing detailed Infrastructure Building Information Models to enhance project visualization, collaboration, and efficiency under the supervision of BIM Coordinator/Manager. The role collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure accurate representation of project elements and adherence to BIM standards. #LI-MP3

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop of 3D BIM models using BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Civil3D) for infrastructure projects 
  • support to prepare BIM execution plan and facilitate its implementation on projects.  
  • Do a model set-up including choosing the optimal approach to parametrization of components.  
  • Be an integral part of the team to coordinate specialists' input to modeling.  
  • Coordinate a distributed BIM team and plan production of drawings.  
  • Generate 4D construction sequence.  
  • Undertake modeling directly when required.  
  • Collaborate for doing estimation, planning and tracking of the project.  
  • Ensure quality checks at each stage of modeling, drawing submissions or quantities take-off.  
  • Promote knowledge and contribute to BIM excellence efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in BIM Software
  • Have strong 3D visualization capabilities.
  • Have capabilities to create parametric model  
  • Have extensive experience in BIM process - creating and updating projects in BIM and updating model contents to support on-going designs 
  • Experience in creating 3D visualizations and simulations to facilitate project communication, coordination, and analysis
  • Visualization and Analysis Skills
  • Ability to develop accurate and detailed 3D BIM models for infrastructure projects
  • Have skills in using Navisworks and Revit 
  • Demonstrated expertise in using BIM software such as Autodesk Civil3D

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
