RINA is currently recruiting for a UK HR Administrator _ FTC _12months to join its office in Leatherhead within the Global Human Resources Division.

Job Purpose

The HR Coordinator plays a role in supporting the overall operations of the Human Resources department. This entry-level position will expose you to various facets of HR, providing valuable experience in full cycle recruiting, training, employee relations, employee engagement, benefits administration, HRIS management, and other HR-related responsibilities. Your contributions will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes. 

This role is hybrid, requiring you to work from home for 3 days and in our Leatherhead, Surrey office for the remaining 2 days.

Key Accountabilities

Employee Relations: - Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. - Assist the senior HR colleagues in the resolution of workplace conflicts and issues. 
General HR Duties: - Provide administrative support to the HR department. - Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement: - Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives. - Assist in organizing events and activities to foster a positive work environment. 
Benefits Administration: - Support the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. - Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries. 
Recruitment Support: - Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. - Facilitate new hire orientations and onboarding activities. 
HRIS Administration: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS. - Generate reports and assist in HR data analysis.

 

What we'r looking for

  • Relevant HR coordination / administrative experience. 
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus. Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
