RINA is currently recruiting for a B2B Bid Lead- Aerospace and Defence to join its office in Chippenham within the RINA Consulting IFI Commercial and Tender Management Division.

What You'll Do

Join our collaborative team and support the delivery of bids across the UK defence sector. As our new B2B Bid Lead, you'll play a key role in managing documentation, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely submissions for high-impact proposals.

• Support bid activities from Expression of Interest to Invitation to Tender 
• Coordinate inputs from technical, legal, commercial, and business development teams
• Assist in drafting and formatting proposal documents
• Track deadlines and ensure compliance with submission requirements
• Maintain bid library and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with the team on compliance, governance, scheduling, and documentation
• Engage with key contributors with work split by business area
• Participate in bid/no-bid meetings and support strategy and resource assessments
• Ensure early attention to client stipulations and support structured timelines for larger bids
• Support reviews including pricing, peer/gold content checks, and final compliance

What We're Looking for

• 1–3 years’ experience in bid coordination, proposal support, or project administration
• Experience supporting bids in the UK defence or public sector
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Familiarity with procurement portals (e.g. CDP, JOSCAR) is a plus
• Basic understanding of UK Procurement Regulations (PA23)
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (mandatory)
• Candidates with backgrounds in construction or consultancy are welcome
• Strong admin and deadline management skills (e.g. office managers)
• Proactive compliance checking and attention to detail
• APMP Foundation certification is desirable but not essential

Additional Information

• This role is open to candidates across the UK
• Working Pattern includes shorter days on a Friday (08:15-17:15 Mon-Thu, 08:15-12:45 Fri) and Working from home contracts considered
• Security clearance eligibility will be required
