RINA is currently recruiting for a Accounts Receivable Accountant to join its office in Leatherhead within the Regional Finance Management Division.

What You'll be Doing

As an Accounts Receivable Accountant, you’ll be responsible for:

Managing customer invoicing, payments, and outstanding balances

Recording and reconciling transactions in our accounting system

Investigating discrepancies and resolving issues promptly

Applying payments and credit memos to the right accounts

Supporting intercompany invoicing and account reconciliation

Monitoring accounts receivable aging and assisting with collections

Ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Working with colleagues and customers to negotiate payment terms when required

What We're Looking For

A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience

1–3 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or Cash Management

Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes

Confident using Excel and accounting/ERP software

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
