RINA is currently recruiting for a Junior IT Project Manager to join its office in Lecce, Bari or Naples (Italy) within the Management Consulting Division.

Mission

The Project Manager is accountable for executing and leading projects, ensuring deliverables are completed within the defined deadlines, scope, and budget. The role involves balancing project demands with available resources and collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to achieve project success. #LI-VB1

Key Accountabilities

•    Project Management: Develop project plans, define tasks and resources, maintain schedules.
•    Support in contract Management: support in managing contract terms and ensure compliance.
•    Client Interaction: Support BD in proposals, act as point of contact, provide updates.
•    Team Management: Define capacity needs and monitor tasks.
•    Budget Management: Develop and monitor project budgets.
•    Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks.
•    Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards.
•    Communication: Facilitate communication among team, clients, and stakeholders.
•    Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
•    Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements.
 

Education

Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Management Engineering

Qualifications

•    1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
•    IT expertise
•    Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•    Fluent in Italian with a good command of English.
