Position: Manager Process

📍 Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia
📅 Contract Duration: long term

Provide technical leadership across Process engineering discipline
Support design review, validation, and ensure quality of deliverables
Participate in discipline workshops to support project deliverables approval
Supervise Process team and ensure schedule and quality compliance
Review and approve engineering deliverables (datasheets, specifications, vendor documents)
Review PFDs, P&IDs, heat & material balance, and process calculations
Ensure process safety and operability and support HAZID / HAZOP studies
Evaluate hydrogen production technologies and validate performance
Ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards (ISO, API, ASME)
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
Interface with client, EPC contractor, and authorities

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Registered with BEM or recognized professional body
Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry
Strong experience in:
- Quantitative Risk Assessment
- HAZID / HAZOP / SIL studies
- Projects involving hazardous environments
Based in Sarawak or eligible for Sarawak working permit

Full-time on-site role in Kuching (no remote work)
Candidates will be required to support activities at client and stakeholder locations when needed
Candidates are expected to use their own working equipment (laptop/software)
