Position: Manager – Civil & Structural

📍 Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia
📅 Contract Duration: long term

Provide technical leadership across Civil & Structural engineering discipline
Support design review, verification, and ensure quality of deliverables
Participate in discipline workshops to support project deliverables approval
Supervise Civil & Structural team and ensure schedule and quality compliance
Review and approve engineering deliverables (calculations, foundation design, layouts, grading plans, specifications, vendor documents)
Ensure compliance with design codes and geotechnical requirements
Assess constructability and site development plans
Review drainage and road design
Support site inspections and construction monitoring
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
Interface with client, EPC contractor, and authorities

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Registered with BEM or recognized professional body
Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry
Strong experience in:
- Design review and verification
- Safety systems
- Applicable codes and standards
Based in Sarawak or eligible for Sarawak working permit

Full-time on-site role in Kuching (no remote work)
Candidates will be required to support activities at client and stakeholder locations when needed
Candidates are expected to use their own working equipment (laptop/software)
