RINA is currently recruiting for a MED Certification Scheme Owner & Portal Monitoring Customer Project Coordinator to join its office in Katowice within the Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division.
Mission
Specific role: Data Entry Operator for External Platforms
The Data Entry Operator for External Platforms focuses on supporting the planning of certification activities, ensuring smooth scheduling of audits, accurate data management, and effective communication with internal teams and clients updating and monitoring the Portals set up by specific Scheme Owners

Key Accountabilities
Audit Planning Support:
- Support the assignment of audit activities updating the Portals set up by specific Scheme Owners.
- Solicits the Customer Project Certification Coordinators of the operational network in planning audits to meet the deadlines imposed by the Scheme Owners.
System & Data Management:
- Maintain and update the Portals set up by specific Scheme Owners with correct data related to audit teams and schedules.
- Assist in managing changes in audit teams and updating related information in the systems.
Backlog & Process Support:
- Support backlog management by checking and organizing data and contributing to action plans defined with the with the reference Scheme Leader.
- Support the submission of files to the appropriate Decision Maker pools.

- Excellent command of computer tools and digital platforms.
- Strong ability to navigate, research, and leverage information across web resources.
- Ability to learn and use new software or systems efficiently.
- Proactive Capability will join our team to support data entry activities on different external platforms.
- Excellent linguistic abilities, strong technical competencies, and a natural inclination for teamwork.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to effectively shift between topics.
- Language Skills: English (level C1).
- knowledge and experience in the management of documentation and digital portals related to certification systems, with a focus on environmental sustainability, biofuels, sustainable fisheries, and the safety, quality, and regulatory compliance of food products.
