FPSO Construction Manager

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications and responsibilities:

• Supervise construction and assembly activities, including but not limited to:
• Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of construction and commissioning control data, including cost control metrics.
• Guaranteeing the technical integrity of construction works and the application of relevant HSE procedures, in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Coordinating between the construction and commissioning contractor and related suppliers.
• Ensuring proper material control.
• Certifying work progress and quantities on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Monitoring that construction activities are executed in line with the project budget and schedule, highlighting deviations and proposing corrective actions.
• Verifying that construction works comply with contractual scope, project specifications, and procedures.
• Managing interfaces between suppliers and the construction/commissioning contractor.
• Coordinating the supervision team and third-party/stakeholder visits or audits.

Additional requirements:

• Good command of English and Chinese is required.
• Prior experience in shipbuilding activities in China within the Oil & Gas sector would be a strong asset.
