RINA is currently recruiting for a South Asia Pacific Certification Operations Manager to join its office in Jakarta, Indonesia within the International Certification Division.

Mission

As the South Asia Pacific Certification Operations Manager at PT RINA Indonesia, you will lead and coordinate certification processes across the region, ensuring operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction. This role involves fostering collaborative relationships, driving improvements, and managing resources effectively to deliver high-quality certification services.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead and oversee the certification operations within the South Asia Pacific region to meet strategic objectives and compliance standards.
  • Forge and maintain strong trust-based relationships across departments and with external partners to enhance collaboration and operational efficiency.
  • Structure and prioritize activities by aligning resources, constraints, and timelines to achieve effective decision-making and operational delivery.
  • Continuously assess situations from a broad perspective, reinterpreting complex information to make informed and forward-looking decisions.
  • Champion client intimacy by understanding and anticipating internal and external client needs, ensuring maximum satisfaction and value delivery.
  • Support team development by providing honest, constructive feedback and valuing diverse contributions, fostering a culture of inclusivity and growth.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies/Other

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in certification operations management within an international framework, preferably in the certification industry.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain robust networks across diverse teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong decision-making skills with a capacity to prioritize effectively under constraints.
  • Excellent interpersonal and emotional management skills to foster a productive and supportive work environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to sustainable development and continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% to support regional operations.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills; proficiency in additional regional languages is an asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; advanced certifications in management or related disciplines are advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse team within a multicultural environment.
