RINA is currently recruiting for a Indonesia Projects Junior Project Manager to join its office in Jakarta, Indonesia within the Energy Project Solutions Division.
Mission
Deliver defined project outputs on time, within budget, and with quality results
Job Responsibilities
Support field assignments for project management activities;
Assist field personnel in the execution of their assigned responsibilities;
Evaluate field personnel performance;
Ensure that all data entry into RINA systems is performed in accordance with the agreed systems and procedures;
Ensure that the assignment contract requirements are understood and met by field personnel;
Ensure that all assigned activities are executed in accordance with the RINA Quality Management System;
Support and participate in the organization's environmental and safety program to conform to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements;
Comply with HSE Policies, Procedures and Guidelines;
Responsible for waste disposal as per the guidelines of the organization;
Be aware and understand the Quality Policy. Ensure that all assigned activities are executed in accordance with the RINA QMS. Be aware of the quality of his own work and its impact on service delivery and contribute to the QMS improvement according to his/her role;
Ensure services are supplied to requirements;
Review all field reports prior to submittal to the client.
