RINA is currently recruiting for a Engineering Project Manager / Engineering Coordinator to join its office in Jakarta, Indonesia within the Energy Engineering Solutions Division.
Mission
RINA is looking for a Project Manager / Engineering Coordinator in the Energy sector for its office in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The profile we are looking for is an Indonesian Engineer having good project management capabilities with engineering background, technical capabilities, good communication skills, good knowledge of the Indonesian Energy market and good network with main Indonesian Oil & Gas / Energy Companies.
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work on multiple projects and proposals, mainly in the following tasks:
• Proposal Management
- Support the proposal Manager in the development of bid and proposal responses, in accordance with customer requirements, tender instructions, and the accompanying bid strategy;
- Evaluating bid content, participating in all review meetings and evaluating contributors’ content throughout the bid process
- Working with technical owners to ensure usable content is created and where necessary, taking ownership for creating usable content within a complex operating environment
- Draft the proposal and ensure submitting of final proposal for consideration
- Ensure the proposals and presentations are brand compliant
- Interface into the customer at all levels of seniority to help capture requirements and plan content
- Lead/support bid closure
• Project Management
- Job Planning and management (initial planning, schedule preparation and sharing with team and customer, progress monitoring and reporting)
- To distribute jobs to the technicians and the subcontractors, to support and monitor the activities carried out
- Contribution to technical tasks
- Periodical meetings with Customer (reporting, MOM preparation, follow up of action list, etc.)
- Handle clients queries on daily basis.
The main focus and sector in which the Candidate will work are those of Oil & Gas solutions, decarbonization / energy transition / low-carbon solutions (with specific emphasis on Renewables, and CCUS systems).
The position is for mid-seniority Specialists, ideally with 8 to 10 years of experience.
The candidate will be responsible of his/her technical and managerial duties and will refer through the Business Unit hierarchy.
The candidate will work in a dynamic consultancy environment within the Energy Business Unit and will have the opportunity to technically growth and to interface directly with other top-level discipline specialists. The candidate will have access to the most innovative technical and analytical tools for performing the required consultancy services.
The candidate will have ample opportunities to grow and increase his/her skills, eventually acting as focal point for his/her own areas of expertise. Over time, he will be eventually involved in the strategic technical decisions of the Project Management Unit.
Requirements
Ideally with 8 to 10 years working experience in a structured Engineering Consulting and Management Team (EPC, Engineering)
• Familiarity with Decarbonization / Energy Transition / Low-carbon gases is a plus
• Proficiency in PC use (MS Office, Programming Languages)
• Fluency in English Language (Italian as second foreign language is a plus)
• Mindset focused on delivery when working to tight deadlines
• Excellent Problem solving skills
• Availability to Travel in South-East Asia Countries on short- and mid-term assignments
• Systematic, methodical, exacting, quality oriented
• Good interpersonal skills and organizational capabilities
• Mentoring skills and ability to manage a team on specific tasks
• Working knowledge of specialist Software for Project Management (e.g., MS Project)
