Turkiye Certification Lead Auditor- Food Safety

RINA is currently recruiting for a Turkiye Certification Lead Auditor- Food Safety to join its office in Turkiye within the International Certification Division.
Mission
The role focuses on planning, conducting, and managing audits within our certification business related to the different certification schemes.
Key Accountabilities
- To conduct second and third-party audit activities
- Act as a trainer in compliance with relevant qualified standards
- Prepare, manage and control the audit programme, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and relevant standards
- Document Review, including manuals, procedures, instructions, files, records
- Plan audits and coordination with the relevant parties
- Identify/define/record/follow up the audit results by using the relevant softwares determined by the standard owners, and internals
- Draw up/follow up the audit reports detailing all the findings
- Follow up process within the determined mandatory time frames
- Prepare certification / recertification files, send to decision making process and follow up till to be finalized,
- Conduct technical reviews and certification decisions if needed
- Updating the standard owner’s portal regarding uploading of the reports / certificates and updating of the company’s information on the mentioned portals
- Monitoring the performance of the resources involved in the certification process, providing guidance and support as well as qualification and monitoring if needed
- Maintain updated records and other information relevant to the audit process
- Manage technical meetings with the customers, and support internal staff including scheduling and commercial if needed
- Other adhoc activities assigned by the top management
Education
Qualifications
- GFSI Scheme Lead Auditor : Must completed Lead Auditor qualification at least for the following 2 schemes: ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRCGS Food, BRCGS Packaging, IFS Food
- Addition to the Food Safety Qualification, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification will be preference
- Knowledge about ISO 19011 guidelines
- Strong understanding of audit planning, execution and reporting processes,proven ability to lead and manage auditing activities.
- In dept knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and continous improvement of methodologies
- Up to date qualifications and certifications
- Being experienced as a trainer for the qualified schemes
- At least 5 years of industry experience
