Solar Site (PV) Supervisor

Rina is currently bidding on 2 years Solar Facility Construction.

Duration of the project is 2 years, from 3rd quarter 2025

Location: Texas, TBA

Positions required for the construction supervision are the following:

• Site Project Manager (will supervise, manage and report to the representative of the Owner the Construction Work Progress, Quality monitoring, Risks assessment)
• Civil Supervisor (shall supervise the civil works, included but not limited to the works progress, the quality of the execution in accordance with the Quality plan)
• Mechanical Supervisor (shall supervise the mechanical works, included but not limited to the works progress, the quality of the execution in accordance with the Quality plan)
• Electrical supervisor (shall supervise the LV and MV electrical works, included but not limited to the works progress, the quality of the execution in accordance with the Quality plan)
• High Voltage Supervisor (supervise the HV electrical and mechanical works, included but not limited to the works progress, the quality of the execution in accordance with the Quality plan) 
• Commissioning Supervisor (supervise the Cold and Hot tests and commissioning of the Project, the performance of the network tests and all the activities mentioned in the Acceptance Tests Certification Milestone and Substantial Completion of the Project)
• Back Office Quality Supervisor ( Quality Supervisor shall review, prepare and manage all the Quality documentation and Project document management)

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar PV and BESS construction projects
