System Requirement Manager

RINA is currently recruiting for a System Requirement Manager to join its office in Tel Aviv within the Project Engineering Division.
Mission
Key Accountabilities
Leads the requirements management function across all high-speed rail project packages, owning the Requirements Management Plan and DOORS database, controlling the requirements baseline, and ensuring full traceability from Employer’s Requirements through design development, verification and validation activities, and final acceptance.
Coordinates requirements capture, change control, compliance monitoring, and stage-gate approvals, producing requirements verification and compliance matrices and ensuring alignment with high-speed rail performance, systems assurance, interface management, and project delivery objectives.
Education
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Railway Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in requirements management, systems engineering, configuration management, or systems assurance on major railway, metro, high-speed rail, or complex infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience developing and implementing Requirements Management Plans and managing requirements baselines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Extensive hands-on experience with IBM DOORS or equivalent requirements management tools.
- Strong understanding of requirements traceability, change control, configuration management, and compliance management processes.
- Experience coordinating requirements activities across multidisciplinary high-speed railway engineering teams, contractors, operators, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience managing requirements verification, validation, and acceptance processes, including preparation of Compliance and Verification Matrices.
- Familiarity with railway systems engineering standards and international best practice, including EN 50126/50128/50129 and related lifecycle assurance frameworks.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience working within PMC, Owner's Engineer, Systems Integrator, consultancy, or client organisations on large-scale railway programmes.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for addressing complex technical challenges.
- Proven ability to develop risk mitigation strategies and manage technical risks.
- Capable of high-level strategic planning to optimize project execution.
