RINA is currently recruiting for a System Integration Manager to join its office in Tel Aviv within the Project Engineering Division.​

Mission

Lead the systems integration function to ensure delivery of a safe, interoperable, and fully integrated high-speed railway system.

Key Accountabilities

Develop and implement systems integration strategies.
Coordinate integration across all project packages and subsystems.
Lead integration reviews and technical coordination activities.
Support verification, validation, and acceptance processes.
Ensure compliance with systems engineering principles and standards.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering

Qualifications

- Degree in Railway, Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of systems integration experience in railway projects.
- Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288 and systems engineering principles.
- Experience in verification, validation, and assurance activities.
- Strong leadership and technical coordination skills.
- Applies a deep understanding of project management methodologies, scheduling, and budgeting, as well as risk management and change control.
- Expertise in quality control and assurance processes. In-depth knowledge of compliance and safety standards in engineering projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical aspects of high-value and large-scale projects.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for addressing complex technical challenges.
- Proven ability to develop risk mitigation strategies and manage technical risks.
- Capable of high-level strategic planning to optimize project execution.
