RINA is currently recruiting for a HSR Engineering Coordinator to join its office in Tel Aviv within the Project Engineering Division.​

Mission

Coordinate and integrate all engineering activities across the high-speed rail programme, ensuring alignment between technical disciplines, interfaces, stakeholders, and project requirements.

Key Accountabilities

Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities and technical interfaces.
Monitor engineering progress and support resolution of technical issues.
Facilitate communication between designers, contractors, client representatives, and specialists.
Ensure compliance with performance, safety, interoperability, and operational requirements.
Support configuration management and engineering change control processes.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering

Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in design engineering with proven success leading multi-disciplinary projects. Demonstrated expertise in project controls (scheduling, budgeting, and risk management) and an ability to manage change effectively. 

- Degree in Civil, Railway, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in railway or major infrastructure projects, including high-speed rail.Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams.Knowledge of railway systems integration, configuration management, and international standards.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Expertise in quality control and assurance processes. In-depth knowledge of compliance and safety standards in engineering projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical aspects of high-value and large-scale projects.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for addressing complex technical challenges.
- Proven ability to develop risk mitigation strategies and manage technical risks.
- Capable of high-level strategic planning to optimize project execution.
