RINA is currently recruiting for a Germany Certification Lead Auditor to join its office in Germany within the Certification EMEA Region Division.

Mission

This role focuses on managing the audits process related to different certification schemes such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare, manage and control the audit program;
  • Assign the audit team;
  • Check the customer documents management system documents (as manual, procedures, instructions, files, records), technical documents and other documents supporting the audit;
  • Plan the audits;
  • Participate in and conduct audits (Carry out interview, take notes during the audit);
  • Identify and define the results of the audit (Positive and negative findings as non conformities, opportunity of improvement);
  • Draw up the audit reports;
  • Follow up the results of the audit (Non conformities and corrective action management);
  • Carry out technical review of files and decide on certification;
  • Keep skills / qualifications / certifications up to date;
  • Monitor the performance of the resources involve in the certification process;
  • Maintain updated the data of the customer and the other data relevant to the audit process;
  • Manage technical meeting with customer;
  • Manage independently large and complex customer (Multiservice and / or multisite contract).

What we are looking for

  • University Degree 
  • Lead Auditor certificates for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001
  • At least 3 years of industrial experience
  • Registration as Lead Auditor in an accredited certification body is a plus
  • Language skill: German (fluent or native), English (advanced); additional language skills are a plus
  • Demonstrates interpersonal skills with the proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization
  • Proven negotiation skills to be able to explain audit findings to organization’s management
  • Learning ability to keep up with changes to business, industry, management thinking and developing assessment styles
  • Strong written communication skills able to formulate clear, concise and professional reports, explaining technical issues, within required timeframes.
  • Self-organization skills / self-motivated, needs to be able to manage his/her own workload to maximize self-effectiveness
  • Computer literacy
  • Willingness for travel in Germany and abroad
  • Driving license
