RINA is currently recruiting for a Administrative Assistant to join its office in Hamburg within the Marine North Europe Region Division.
Mission
The Administrative Assistant supports the smooth operation of the organization by managing daily office activities, maintaining clear communication channels, and providing reliable support to staff and visitors. This role is key in ensuring efficient coordination, organized record-keeping, and a welcoming front office environment.
We are looking for a motivated working student who is currently enrolled at a university to support our local team. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience alongside your studies.

Key Accountabilities

Provide day-to-day clerical and administrative support.

Manage and process purchase requisitions accurately and on time.

Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them appropriately.

Maintain an organized document management system, including archiving, retention, and secure disposal.

Draft and format documents using company templates, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

Keep customer and office records accurate and up to date.

Coordinate travel arrangements for employees and executives.
Education
Qualifications

Experience in an administrative support role is an advantage, but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in operating standard office equipment.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Good working knowledge of common computer applications (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets).

Fluency in written and spoken English and German.
