Job Description
An experienced HSE Supervisor (Expat) is required to support yard-based offshore energy project activities in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all HSE activities at yard level
• Ensure compliance with project, client, and international HSE standards
• Conduct audits, inspections, and HSE performance monitoring
• Support and mentor local HSE teams
• Prepare HSE reports for project management and client

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Safety, Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 10++ years HSE experience in oil & gas / FPSO / EPC yard projects
• NEBOSH IGC – mandatory
• Experience working in international or Southeast Asia projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Willing to work in Vietnam (yard-based)
