RINA is looking for a Senior Site Project Manager. He is responsible for driving execution and schedule performance at the site level by leading daily coordination, contractor oversight, and schedule adherence for a major industrial construction project. This is a field-based role focused on maintaining project momentum and ensuring alignment between planned schedules and actual field progress.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily coordination of construction activities, ensuring execution aligns with project milestones and schedule priorities.
- Drive contractor performance through assertive field presence, proactive problem-solving, and clear accountability.
- Monitor and report on project progress using Primavera P6 and other performance tools; support field data integration and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Project Director to analyze schedule risks, evaluate mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate daily huddles, look-ahead planning, and progress tracking to maintain visibility of upcoming work and critical path activities.
- Identify and eliminate obstacles to productivity in real time by working closely with field teams, contractors, and support staff.
- Coordinate closely with project controls staff to ensure accurate reporting of schedule, cost, and risk metrics.
- Enforce and support change management processes, integrating approved changes into field execution and schedule baselines.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to senior leadership and project stakeholders on field status and schedule health.
- Support procurement and contract administration teams with onsite tracking, performance monitoring, and interface management.
- Champion safety, quality, and execution efficiency through daily engagement and strong field leadership.
Professional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred (experience-based exceptions may be considered).
- 7–10+ years of experience in construction project management or project controls, preferably on large-scale infrastructure, industrial, or energy projects.
- Proven site-based experience is required, with a strong track record of field coordination, schedule oversight, and contractor interface.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required; experience with other scheduling and project controls tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of schedule-driven execution, critical path management, and earned value principles.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills with a solutions-oriented and proactive mindset.
- Ability to assess field conditions, adapt plans, and work efficiently under tight timelines and evolving priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and standard communication tools.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with an onsite Project Director while independently leading daily schedule and field oversight responsibilities
