Rina is looking for a System Turnover Coordinator, to join its team in a Waste to Energy project in Arkansas.

Duration of project is 1 year, with possible extensions

Location: Gum Spring, Arkansas

The Site System Turnover Coordinator manages the transition of equipment, systems, or facilities from construction or renovation to operational use. This role ensures all necessary documentation, inspections, and compliance requirements are met before final handover. They coordinate between various teams (construction, commissioning, operations, etc.) to facilitate a smooth and efficient turnover process.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Managing Turnover Packages: 
    Developing, managing, and maintaining system turnover packages (TOPs).  

  • Document Control: 
    Ensuring all relevant documentation (drawings, specifications, test records, etc.) is complete, accurate, and properly stored. 

  • Punch List Management: 
    Tracking and managing the resolution of punch list items (deficiencies) from walkdowns.  

  • Communication and Coordination: 
    Liaising with various stakeholders (construction, commissioning, operations, etc.) to ensure clear communication and coordination throughout the turnover process.  

  • Compliance: 
    Ensuring all turnover activities comply with relevant standards, regulations, and client requirements.  

  • Schedule Management: 
    Developing and managing turnover schedules, ensuring timely completion of activities.  

  • Reporting: 
    Providing regular status updates to project stakeholders on the progress of turnover activities.  

  • Training and Support: 
    Assisting in the development and deployment of Project Completion Management  systems and providing training to relevant personnel.  

 

Essential Skills: 

  • Strong organizational and communication skills. 

  • Experience with construction, commissioning, and turnover processes. 

  • Proficiency in document control and management. 

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. 

  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations. 

  • Experience with punch list management systems. 

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills. 

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
