Senior Energy Yield Consultant_Solar

RINA is currently recruiting for a Senior Energy Yield Consultant_Solar to join its office in Delhi within the Power Engineering and Renewables Division.
Mission
Focus on providing various clients with engineering advice and technical solutions on different projects
Key Accountabilities
Experience conducting pre-construction and operational energy yield analyses for solar PV and/or hybrid energy systems
Proficiency with PVsyst or other solar PV simulation software
Experience conducting solar PV research and development
Ability to lead conversations with clients from varying backgrounds (technical, financial) to answer their queries on energy yield assessment
Develop project schedules and deliverable timelines
Ensure the creation of documents and reports that detail their assessments, any fact-finding survey data acquired, the project’s inception, and concept planning
Effectively manage multiple projects and conflicting deadlines
Prepare project estimates, budget, schedules and execution plans
Support the continued development of more junior team personnel providing technical guidance
Responsible for the development of the technical competencies. When belonging to the engineering competencies, supports the team in a specific technical development or in growing competencies and training personnel
Be aware and understand the Quality Policy. Ensure that all assigned activities are executed in accordance with the RINA QMS. Be aware of the quality of his own work and its impact on service delivery and contribute to the QMS improvement according to his/her role
Interact with clients and colleagues to achieve project objectives using appropriate technical judgment
Able to discuss and define client requirements; reflecting a clear understanding in well written technical reports and proposals
Actively support business development activities; building relationships with clients and helping to generate new business.
