Job Description
We are seeking an HSE Officer to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance during yard construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

Implement project HSE policies and procedures
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and site inspections
Monitor contractor HSE compliance
Identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Prepare HSE reports and incident records

Requirements

• Proven work experience on construction sites, particularly in the construction of FLNG/FPSO, and in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Deep understanding of relevant ISO standards (ISO 45001 and ISO 14001) and reporting techniques.
• Knowledge of local and/or international codes and regulations regarding HSE requirements.
• Proven work experience in the preparation of HSE documentation (HSE Plan, Emergency Response Plan, SIMOPS Plan).
