RINA is currently recruiting for a Social & Governance Junior Product Developer to join its office in Genova within the Certification Strategic Centre Division.

Mission

The role focuses on supporting the management of existing products and the process of developing a new product to effectively meet customer expectations. #LI-GZ1

Key Accountabilities

  • Support in the management of social and governance new services introduction process (e.g. feasibility analysis, preparation of business cases, document development)

  • Contribute to the management of social and governance product portfolio (e.g. Services catalogue definition, identification of services to push, maintain and dismiss, pricing definition, service portfolio KPI monitoring)

  • Support the operational network and the commercial structure on related issues on new social and governance products and customer management

  • Contribute to build and maintain strategic relationships with the main stakeholders and decisions makers of the target industries, in order to boost and properly address the innovation efforts of the business unit

  • Contribute to the proper dissemination of competences within the business unit

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Law

Qualifications

Experience in:

  • Management system standards and continuous improvement systems and approach
  • Social audits and governance management systems including auditing skills and risk management

Ability to analyse data also using IT tools to monitor progress and identify key trends, patterns and themes
