Site Supply Chain Coordinator

RINA is currently recruiting for a Site Supply Chain Coordinator to join its office in Genova within the Aerospace & Defence Division.
Mission
The Supply Chain function of the Combat System has the task of supporting activities a Program Management support within the control and monitoring team production progress of components and systems related to the Combat System. The Supply Chain coordinator will contribute to the definition of integrated planning construction of the Naval Unit; will ensure compliance with contractual performances e programmatic; will handle correspondence with the Customer and the Supplier; will draft the progress documentation and meeting minutes with the customer and/or supplier; will verify the economic aspects for the offers associated with the technical variants and for new ones acquisition contracts.
Key Accountabilities
In the role, the resource will have the following responsibilities:
• Management of S/S product supplies of the C/S, in terms of control and monitoring of the production process in the factory, installation and acceptance on board, in compliance quality assurance requirements and compliance with health and safety regulations of the working environment (Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments);
• Verification of program and contractual planning with contribution to the drafting of recovery plans and the identification and subsequent mitigation of risks;
• Support in drafting contractual documentation (SOW, ATP) and in general to the contractual management of the Supplier, with the compilation of the Certificates of Performance, preparatory to administrative management;
• Support to contract management in the preparation of contractual amendments;
• Support to the PM and Cost Control in drafting the budget, monitoring objectives cheap;
• Support to the PM in the preparation of Progress meetings and Program Committee with OCCAR;
• Direct participation in testing activities in the factory and on board during the qualification process and acceptance of the S/S of interest;
• Drafting of documentation and presentations in progress meetings towards the Customer. Drafting of minutes;
• Compliance with institutional policies (L. 231/01, L. 185/90).
Education
Qualifications
• Degree in Management Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanics;
• Work experience > 5 years;
• Experience in the sector is to be considered a preferential qualification as well as similar supply chain roles in other industrial sectors;
• Good ability to use the main tools of the Microsoft package Office and Project; #LI-RD1
• Good knowledge of English and/or French for the management of documentation and relationships with Suppliers and Customers;
• Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
Personal characteristics such as relational skills, orientation towards team working and ability to react positively to work pressure while maintaining control and remaining focused on priorities and objectives, flexibility and availability for extraordinary commitments. Covering an interface role with suppliers, Government Bodies/OCCAR, experience in the sector and in the role is a prerequisite.
