RINA is currently recruiting for a Senior Construction Supervision Engineer to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Civil Engineering Division.
Mission
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to oversee and supervise international infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating and managing civil engineering projects abroad, ensuring high-quality execution, compliance with regulations, and effective stakeholder communication. This position requires periodic short-term travel to project sites in countries such as Macedonia, Puerto Rico, and Malaysia.
Key Accountabilities

Lead and supervise the execution of civil engineering and infrastructure projects abroad.

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and local authorities to ensure smooth project implementation.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control measures.

Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.

Identify and mitigate potential risks related to infrastructure projects.

Prepare and review technical reports, plans, and documentation.

Communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear and precise reporting #LI-MT3
Education
Qualifications
-
Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering project supervision and coordination.

Proven experience in infrastructure projects on an international scale is highly preferred.

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to different work environments.

Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

Willingness to travel internationally for short-term assignments.
