RINA is currently recruiting for a Railway Safety and Conformity Junior Assessor to join its office in Genoa or Rome, Italy within the Transport & Infrastructure Certification Division.
Mission
The role of Railway Safety and Conformity Assessor is crucial for ensuring the safety and conformity of railway projects. As a part of our team, you will assess and validate activities in the railway environment to uphold regulatory compliance and industry standards. Your work will play a vital role in maintaining safety across various railway projects in different locations.

Job Responsibilities
- Performing assessment and validation activities for railway projects to guarantee adherence to safety standards and regulations.
- Being the main point of contact for clients, leading meetings, and effectively communicating with the assessors' team.
- Ensuring timely delivery of assessment and verification plans to meet project deadlines.
- Mentoring and sharing knowledge with junior assessors to contribute to team skill development.
- Conducting activities in alignment with internal procedures, accreditation schemes, legislation, and industry standards.
- Facilitating knowledge transfer among employees and leveraging client feedback to improve service delivery.
- Managing project activities, tracking progress, and designing verifications according to reference standards.
