RINA is currently recruiting for a Railway Safety and Conformity Junior Assessor to join its office in Genoa or Rome, Italy within the Transport & Infrastructure Certification Division.

Mission

The role of Railway Safety and Conformity Assessor is crucial for ensuring the safety and conformity of railway projects. As a part of our team, you will assess and validate activities in the railway environment to uphold regulatory compliance and industry standards. Your work will play a vital role in maintaining safety across various railway projects in different locations.

Job Responsibilities

Performing assessment and validation activities for railway projects to guarantee adherence to safety standards and regulations.
Being the main point of contact for clients, leading meetings, and effectively communicating with the assessors' team.
Ensuring timely delivery of assessment and verification plans to meet project deadlines.
Mentoring and sharing knowledge with junior assessors to contribute to team skill development.
Conducting activities in alignment with internal procedures, accreditation schemes, legislation, and industry standards.
Facilitating knowledge transfer among employees and leveraging client feedback to improve service delivery.
Managing project activities, tracking progress, and designing verifications according to reference standards.

Education

Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
