RINA is currently recruiting for a R&D Project Manager Admin Assistant to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Research & Development Strategy Division.

Mission

Assist coordination personnel with designated activities

Job Responsibilities

Support in the administrative and financial management of research projects funded by the European Commission and by Italian national/regional agencies. The job will include analysis of the contractual documents and of RINA’s budget, planning of the resources and all the needed tasks related to cost claiming. The new staff will be part of an already existing team within the R&D Corporate Unit and will closely collaborate and interact with the technical managers working on the R&D projects.

Experience and Requirements

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
  • A previous experience in similar roles will be considered a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management Engineering or Economics

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering or Economics
