RINA is currently recruiting for a Project Planning & Control Advisor to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the Global Credit & Finance Division.

Mission

As a Project Planning & Control Advisor you will play a key role in managing the financial and working capital aspects of projects. This position supports strategic financial decision-making by conducting in-depth analyses, monitoring economic performance, and driving improvements in cash flow management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial efficiency and ensure alignment with business goals. #LI-VB1

Key Accountabilities

  • Support in the project management of economic and financial analysis;
  • Support in projects budgeting, forecasting, actual and backlog;
  • Monitor performance projects indicators, highlighting trends, analyse causes and possible risks;

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Finance Management

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in project controlling or financial audit
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and lead financial initiatives within cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in Italian and proficient in English
