RINA is currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator - Inspection Operations (South Europe Area) to join its office in Genoa within the Energy Procurement Solutions Division.
Mission
The Project Coordinator – Inspection Operations (South Europe Area) is responsible for coordinating and supporting inspection activities across the South Europe Area, ensuring timely execution, effective resource planning, accurate reporting, and high-quality service delivery. The role serves as a key liaison between inspectors, clients, and internal stakeholders, contributing to the successful delivery of inspection services while ensuring compliance with company procedures and customer requirements
Key Accountabilities
• Coordinate inspection activities and ensure the timely execution of services in line with customer requirements and project deadlines.
• Plan and schedule inspection assignments, ensuring efficient allocation of inspectors and operational resources.
• Act as the main operational point of contact for inspectors, clients, and internal teams throughout the execution of inspection activities.
• Monitor the progress of ongoing activities, proactively identifying and resolving operational issues that may impact service delivery.
• Ensure inspection activities are carried out in accordance with agreed procedures, quality standards, and customer expectations.
• Review inspection documentation and reports for completeness, consistency, and timely delivery to customers.
• Support project administration activities, including activity tracking, data management, documentation updates, and invoicing processes.
• Maintain accurate information within company systems and ensure proper record management of coordinated activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, promoting efficiency and service quality.
• Operate in compliance with the RINA QOHSES System, company procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements

Education
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience in project coordination, operations coordination, inspection services, logistics, service delivery, or similar operational environments.
- Proven experience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities, resources, and stakeholders within a structured business environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to monitor operational activities, identify issues, and support the successful delivery of projects and services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Italian language proficiency at C1 level is mandatory.
- Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Previous experience in inspection, technical services, field operations, procurement support, or similar environments will be considered a plus

Compensation Data
The salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria, and responsibilities in accordance with CCNL RINA (CNEL code I480).
The gross annual salary range foreseen is between € 27.000 and € 37.000 and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies, and overall alignment with the role.
In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
The overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare
