RINA is currently recruiting for a Pricing Analyst - Maternity cover to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the Global Marketing & Pricing Division.
Mission
The Pricing Administrator plays the role in supporting the pricing strategies and processes of the organization. Collaborating with the Pricing Manager, the Pricing Administrator will assist in designing, implementing, and analyzing pricing initiatives across various services. #LI-VB1
This is a fixed-term maternity cover.
Key Accountabilities
Support Pricing Processes:
- Assist in the development of pricing strategies for new and existing services by conducting market research and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights necessary for pricing decisions.
- Help in the design and implementation of pricing models, structures, and tools to optimize pricing effectiveness.
Assist in Launching New Services:
- Work closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to support the pricing strategy for new service launches.
- Conduct research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market dynamics for new services.
- Assist in the development of pricing strategies tailored to different customer segments and geographic regions.
Contribute to Performance Analysis:
- Assist in analyzing the performance of services in terms of revenue, profitability, and margins.
- Monitor key pricing-related KPIs and provide insights to optimize pricing strategies.
- Support in conducting post-launch reviews to assess pricing effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment between pricing strategies and business objectives.
- Provide support to sales teams on pricing negotiations, discount approvals, and deal structuring.
- Assist in integrating pricing considerations into product development and lifecycle management processes.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of pricing guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate pricing guidelines, updates, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Education
Qualifications

A background in Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

A first work or internship experience is preferred

Prior experience in pricing is not mandatory: we are looking for someone with strong curiosity to explore this field and a solid analytical mindset.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
