We are currently recruiting for a Power plant site supervisor to join our office in Genoa within the Energy Project Solutions Division.

Mission

Per un importante progetto nel settore Power Generation, ricerchiamo professionisti con responsabilità sulle attività di costruzione, commissioning e avviamento impianto.

In particolare ricerchiamo Supervisore Elettrico o meccanico di Avviamento, con esperienza maturata nel settore Power Generation e, in particolare, sui sistemi Balance of Plant (BOP).

Key Accountabilities

Supervisionare le attività di costruzione, pre-commissioning, commissioning e avviamento degli impianti di competenza
Coordinare le attività operative in campo, assicurando il rispetto delle procedure di progetto e degli standard HSE
Verificare la corretta esecuzione dei test, delle prove funzionali e delle attività di messa in servizio
Collaborare con il team di progetto, le altre discipline, i fornitori e il personale di cantiere
Individuare e gestire eventuali anomalie tecniche, supportandone la risoluzione e la relativa reportistica

Education

High School Diploma/GED in General Studies/Other

Qualifications

Esperienza comprovata nella supervisione di attività di avviamento in impianti di produzione energia
Solida conoscenza tecnica della disciplina elettrica o meccanica; per il profilo meccanico è richiesta esperienza specifica sui sistemi BOP
Capacità di coordinamento, problem solving e gestione delle priorità operative
Buona conoscenza delle procedure di sicurezza e qualità applicabili in cantiere
Disponibilità a operare presso il sito di costruzione per l’intera durata dell’incarico

Compensation Data

The salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria and responsibilities in accordance with CCNL RINA (CNEL code I480).The gross annual salary range foreseen is between €28,000 and €36,000 and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role.In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.The overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare.
