RINA is currently recruiting for a Power Southern Europe Principal Consultant to join its office in Genoa, Lecce, Milan and Rome within the Green Energy Solutions Division.
Mission
We are looking for a Renewable Energy Principal Consultant with over than 10 years-experience in renewables, keen to develop a career in consultancy, providing Independent Engineering for renewable energy projects within the EMEA region. You will be expected to travel approximately 20% of your time.
Job Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead Technical DD
- Reviewing contractual documentation, PPA, business plan, financial models
- Project management, proactively communicating with clients, the internal team and stakeholders to deliver client requirements
- Preparing proposals and reports
- Conducting market analysis and trends
- Supporting the preparation and management of tendering, negotiation and selection of contractors and key component provider, BoP, O&M, or EPC contracts and planning condition discharging

Qualifications and Experience
A degree in engineering or economics is requested;
At least 10 years of experience in renewable energy sector is essential, as well as knowledge of incentive mechanism for renewable power;
Previous experience in power production assets transaction is mandatory;
Excellent level of written and spoken Italian and English is essential;
