RINA is currently recruiting for a Mobility Administrator to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the Global Supply Chain Strategic Purchasing & Mobility Division.
Mission
As part of the Global Mobility & Indirect Services Supply Chain team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization and management of all business travel activities for its employees. Your responsibilities will include facilitating seamless travel experiences and providing assistance in case of any travel-related issues that may arise. #LI-VB1
Key Accountabilities
- Provide support for the organization and booking of business trips for RINA employees and collaborators using the booking tools available, in line with their needs and company policies.
- Handle any changes, cancellations, or emergencies related to travel, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of travelers.
- Monitor and update the travel database, statistics, and periodic reports.
- Collaborate with travel agencies to support the booking and management of travel in accordance with company policies.
- Develop, in collaboration with the department head, the implementation of the business travel management tool in countries where RINA has offices outside of Italy.
Education
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- At least one year of experience working in travel agencies and/or corporate travel departments, with any certifications related to tourism or travel management being a plus
- Familiarity with software tools specifically designed for managing business travel
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues while meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in a proactive work environment
- Capability to handle internal and external client requests with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
- Fluent in Italian
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
