RINA is currently recruiting for a Market Intelligence & Direct Marketing Advisor to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the Global Marketing & Pricing Division.
Mission
As a Market Intelligence & Direct Marketing Advisor you will support and contribute to the activities of market assessment, customer analytics and mass mailing, in cooperation with the Business Units and the other departments belonging to the Global Strategy & Innovation Team. #LI-VB1
Key Accountabilities
- Support the analysis of RINA’s underlying and addressable markets, with deep dives by client segments, driven by the relevant market value chains;
- Contribute to the constant monitoring of market trends (e.g. macroeconomics, customer behaviors, competitors’ benchmark);
- Support customer analytics and the set up and launch of satisfaction surveys;
- Plan, execute and report the mass mailing for Business Units and Global Function.
Education
Qualifications
- Up to 3 years of experience in marketing (or similar roles).
- Interest in and basic knowledge of the Engineering Consulting and Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) sectors is a plus.
- Fluent in both Italian and English.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to leverage insights effectively.
- Solid understanding of data analysis and performance tracking.
