RINA is currently recruiting for a Marine Consulting Associate Project Manager to join its office in Genoa or Naples within the Mediterranean and Africa Marine Consulting Division.​

Mission

The Junior Marine Project Engineer is an entry-level role designed for recent graduates eager to start their career in the maritime industry. The role focuses on supporting project execution and delivering technical solutions under the guidance of senior engineers and project managers. The Junior Marine Project Engineer contributes to specific tasks, applying fundamental engineering principles and developing skills essential for growth within RINA. #LI-MB4

Key Accountabilities

Project Support:
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and executing projects by providing technical and administrative support.
- Participate in project meetings, document minutes, and track action items.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure deliverables align with client requirements and quality standards.
Technical Contributions:
- Perform specific technical tasks such as calculations, analyses, and drafting under supervision.
- Contribute to technical reports, drawings, and documentation as part of project deliverables.
- Support senior engineers in problem-solving and the development of technical solutions.
Learning and Development:
- Gain exposure to RINA’s engineering processes and methodologies.
- Develop knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Actively participate in training and mentoring sessions to enhance technical and project management skills.

Education

Master’s Degree in Naval Engineering

Qualifications

- Familiarity with engineering principles and project management basics (internship experience is a plus).
- No previous experience are required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design or analysis software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to technical and project execution activities.
- Fluent in italian & english languages
