RINA is currently recruiting for a Management Engineering Consultant to join its office in Genova within the Sustainability and Business Innovation Division.

Mission

We are looking for a highly motivated recent graduate in Management Engineering to join our Quality and Process Engineering team. The candidate will support process improvement initiatives, project management, quality assurance, and digital transformation efforts across various business functions. This is a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment, gaining exposure to strategic consulting and cross-functional projects.

Key Accountabilities

  • Perform process analysis and mapping activities, supporting organizational improvement initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain RACI matrices and other process governance tools.

  • Contribute to project management tasks including planning, coordination, execution, and follow-up.

  • Support the definition and documentation of processes in areas such as quality, organization, and supply chain.

  • Assist in internal and external audit activities, working alongside lead auditors (second and third-party audits).

  • Participate in digital transformation and quality strategy projects, including regulatory compliance assessments.

Education

Master’s Degree in Management Engineering or Engineering General

Qualifications

  • Good command of English (minimum B1 level), both written and spoken.

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

  • Customer-oriented approach with a consulting attitude.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.

  • Clear and structured communication, both written and verbal.
