RINA is currently recruiting for a Legal Advisor to join its office in Genoa, Milan, Rome or Bari, Italy within the Transport & Infrastructure Certification Division.
Mission
We are currently seeking a Public Procurement Lawyer - Infrastructure to join our offices located in Genoa or Milan or Bari or Rome, Italy. This is an opportunity to contribute significantly to our Inspection body, which operates in accordance with the exceptional standard UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17020. Key Accountabilities
- Supervise the execution of service contracts with public administrations, ensuring their regulatory compliance.
- Ensure the supervision of regulatory compliance of corporate operational and organizational models, contributing to the development and updating of internal procedures in collaboration with other functions.
- Carrying out inspections on the basis of the project’s documentation in particular special tender specifications and contract outline.
- Managing contacts and maintaining relationships with public and private clients;
- Ensure that all data entry into RINA systems is performed in accordance with the agreed systems and procedures;
- Ensure that all assigned activities are executed in accordance with the inspection body Rina Check Quality Management System;
- Comply with HSE Policies, Proceduresand Guidelines;
- Be aware of the quality of his/her own work and its impact on service delivery and contribute to the QMS improvement according to his/her role;
- Manage direct liaison with customers, suppliers and field personnel;
Education
Qualifications
- Experience working with both private and public stakeholders in the construction sector is essential. #LI-MC1
- Demonstrated expertise in inspection practices as per the UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17020 standard.
- A strong background in administrative law and public contracts is desirable.
- Registration in the relevant professional register is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the field is required.
