Learning and Development Advisor

RINA is currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Advisor to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the Global Human Resources Division.
Mission
The selected candidate will operate in an international environment supporting the design, organization, and delivery of training programs, and contribute to the development of initiatives aimed at fostering employee growth within the company. #LI-MR1
The candidate will be actively engaged in all areas of learning and development activities, focusing on supporting different tasks related to the funded training topic. He/she will assist in coordinating with training providers, monitoring program delivery, tracking attendance and learning outcomes, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
Regarding development activities, he/she will be involved in identifying the most appropriate development initiatives based on the employee's profile, the specific context, and the company's needs. He/she will then support the planning and implementation of these initiatives (such as assessments, coaching, mentoring, etc.) and will be involved in collecting and analyzing feedback afterwards.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare and present funded training plans
- Support the design and develop comprehensive training and development programs tailored to the needs of the company and its employees
- Prepare and present detailed training projects, including objectives, activities, and costs, to secure funding
- Oversee the reimbursement process, ensuring all expenses are properly documented and reported as per regulatory requirements.
- Maintain relationships with external partners and internal clients
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and best practices in funded training programs
- Support the design, coordination, and execution of development activities
- Provide support for ongoing development projects and ad-hoc initiatives
Education
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s of Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Bachelor's in Business Administration with a specialization in HR would be a plus
- Strong interest and curiosity in employee development, talent management, and HR best practices
- 0 – 2 years of experience in similar roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- A proactive, flexible, and collaborative attitude
