RINA is currently recruiting for a Labour Relations & Law Advisor to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Global Human Resources Division.
Mission
Contribute in the management issues and processes relating to italian labour and employee relations. #LI-AV1
Job Responsibilities
- Contribute in the management of employee and labour relations programs to ensure compliance with policies and practices;
- Contribute in the contract negotiations with trade unions;
- Ensure compliance of individual and collective agreements, rules and procedures with applicable italian labour laws;
- Contribute in the management of labour relations including drafting, interpreting, managing and applying individual and collective agreements.
Requirements
- Maximum 3 years of experience
- Previous experience in the legal HR field would be considered as a plus
- Good knowledge of Italian and English
- Good knowledge of Office 365
