RINA is currently recruiting for a Labour Relations & Law Advisor to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Global Human Resources Division.

Mission

Contribute in the management issues and processes relating to italian labour and employee relations. #LI-AV1

Job Responsibilities

  • Contribute in the management of employee and labour relations programs to ensure compliance with policies and practices;
  • Contribute in the contract negotiations with trade unions;
  • Ensure compliance of individual and collective agreements, rules and procedures with applicable italian labour laws;
  • Contribute in the management of labour relations including drafting, interpreting, managing and applying individual and collective agreements.

Requirements

  • Maximum 3 years of experience
  • Previous experience in the legal HR field would be considered as a plus
  • Good knowledge of Italian and English
  • Good knowledge of Office 365

Education

Master’s Degree in Law
