RINA is currently recruiting for a Junior Treasury -Global Cash Management Coordinator to join its office inGenova (Italy) within the Global Credit & Finance Division.
Mission
The Cash Coordinator, within the Rina's treasury department, support the Cash Manager in executing and optimizing the company's cash management activities.Working collaboratively, you will support to maintaining optimal liquidity and ensuring the efficient movement of funds between accounts. #LI-MR1
Key Accountabilities
Cash Flow Monitoring:
- Assist in monitoring daily cash positions of company bank accounts.
- Support the analysis of cash flow patterns and contribute insights to aid decision-making.
Bank Relationship Support:
- Assist in managing and reviewing documentation for accessing banking services.
- Manage the opening and closing of company bank accounts.
- Collaborate with team members in interactions with financial institutions, investors, and underwriters.
Cash Concentration and Pooling:
- Assist in the management of hedging contracts and derivatives in accordance with the Treasury Director, with a focus on currencies, and implement new platformsas needed.
Liquidity Investment Management
-Contribute to the management of liquidity investments, both strategic and operational, in alignment with treasury objectives.
- Support the implementation and management of cash concentration and pooling structures to optimize liquidity.
Transaction Execution:
- Assist in the facilitation of fund transfers, wire transactions, and other cash-related activities.
Compliance and Risk Support:
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, regulations, and internal controls.
- Contribute to efforts in mitigating financial risks related to cash management activities.
Reporting:
- Assist in generating reports related to cash management for internal stakeholders.
- Support in providing regular updates on cash positions and liquidity status.
Education
Qualifications
- From 1 to 3 years of experience in finance, treasury, or cash management.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting procedures.
-Familiarity with fundamental cash flow management concepts.
- Basic understanding of financial risks, including interest rate risk, currency risk, and liquidity risk.
-Fluent in both written and spoken English
-Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
