RINA is currently recruiting for a Junior Site Operations Manager to join its office in Genova within the Energy Project Solutions Division.​

Mission

Site Operations Junior Manager supports for ensurting the delivey of defined inspection activities on time, within budget, and with quality results. This may include hiring and planning a single or a team of site supervisor, evaluating and analyzing their performance, planning and managing contracts with clients and delivering reporting to the clients.

Key Accountabilities

1. Activity Coordination:
- Assist in coordinating activities and resources for the delivery of site supervision services across multiple sites.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain regular interfaces with all parties to plan proactively and implement, if necessary, improvement measures.
2. Personnel Management Assistance:
- Support in managing personnel across multiple sites, including task allocation and supervision.
- Supervise inspections, reports and the documentation issued by Site Supervisors and collect and file the required Records.
3. Quality Assurance Support:
- Assist in implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes for site supervision activities.
- Ensure by checking, verification, inspection or audit, as appropriate to the activity, that the specified level of system and product conformance is achieved.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Cost Optimization Assistance:
- Contribute to strategies for cost optimization while maintaining service quality.
- Assist in monitoring and controlling expenses related to site operations.
5. Invoicing Accuracy and Timeliness Support:
- Support in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for site supervision services.
- Assist in compliance with billing and invoicing procedures.
6. Resource Allocation Assistance:
- Assist in the allocation and management of resources for site supervision activities.
- Provide support and guidance to team members.
7. Performance Evaluation Support:
- Participate in performance evaluations of personnel and teams.
- Contribute to the implementation of improvement plans.
8. Scheduling and Milestone Assistance:
- Support in developing and managing schedules for site supervision activities.
- Assist in adjusting schedules to ensure timely completion.
9. Contract Management Support:
- Assist in managing contracts for site supervision services.
- Contribute to profitability and customer satisfaction initiatives.
10. Customer Satisfaction Focus:
- Support efforts to maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels.
- Address customer concerns and collaborate with the team to enhance service delivery.
11. Data Management Support:
- Assist in ensuring accurate and timely data entry into legacy systems.
- Follow agreed systems and procedures for data management.
12. Risk Awareness:
- Learn to identify and report potential risks associated with site operations.
- Contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies.
13. Regulatory Compliance Assistance:
- Plan, establish and maintain a Project program to verify the compliance to the
specified policies, objectives and requirements. The program shall cover both the project and contractors/suppliers organizations.
- Support efforts to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, with ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and SA8000 requirements, OHSES Policies, Procedures and Guidelines and RINA QMS .
- Stay informed about relevant regulatory requirements.
- Perform tasks activities in compliance with the RINA QOHSES System
- Support and participate in the organization's environmental and safety program to conform to ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and SA8000 requirements.   #LI-FT1 

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General

Qualifications

Experience in Site Operations:
- Previous experience in a site operations role is essential, demonstrating a solid understanding of construction processes, project management, and site supervision.
Contract Management:
- Experience in managing contracts, including negotiation, administration, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Budget Management:
Proven experience in budget management, cost control, and financial analysis within the construction or related industry.
- Project Advancement:
Experience in advancing construction projects through effective planning, scheduling, and coordination of resources.
