RINA is currently recruiting for a Junior Global Bond & Debt Administrator to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Global Credit & Finance Division.

Mission

The mission of a Debt Administrator is to actively contribute to effective debt management, supporting the goals set forth by the Debt Manager. Your role is instrumental in navigating the intricacies of debt financing, focusing on optimizing costs and aligning financial strategies with the broader mission and objectives of the organization. #LI-MR1

Key Accountabilities

Key Accountabilities:

  • Cash Flow Monitoring:
    - Monitor daily cash positions and contribute to short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
    - Contribute to the analysis of variances between forecasted and actual cash flows, providing insights for adjustments.
  • Bank and Insurance Company Relationship Management:
    - Manage and review the documentation to access banking instruments such as bonds and loans.
    - Request bond issues (e.g., bid, performance, and advance bonds) from banks and insurance companies, and assist in registering and filing them in the related systems.
    - Stay informed about banking products and services to contribute insights on optimizing debt instruments.
  • Transaction Support:
    - Facilitate the execution of fund transfers, wire transactions, and other cash-related activities under supervision.
    - Contribute to ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions.
  • Forecasting and Analysis:
    - Contribute to the development and maintenance of accurate cash flow forecasts.
    - Contribute to the financial analysis to provide inputs for decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Compliance and Risk Support:
    - Contribute to ensuring compliance with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls.
    - Contribute to the identification and mitigation of financial risks related to cash management activities.
    - Contribute to the management of hedging contracts and derivatives in accordance with the Treasury Director, with a focus on interest rate risk.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree
Master’s Degree in Business Administration Finance Management or Economics

Qualifications

 - Up to 1 year of progressive experience in finance, treasury, or debt management.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, including financial analysis, risk management, and capital markets.
- In-dept knowledge of debt instruments, financing options, and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with financial analysis, risk management, and capital markets.
