RINA is currently recruiting for a Junior Controller to join its office in Genoa within the Global Planning & Control Division


Support in the management of the Group financial planning, budgeting and control

Job Responsibilities

  • Cost controlling and cost allocation management
  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of operating expenses and capital expenditures
  • Support in the delivery of  financial information, analysis and forecasts to support continuous improvement of corporate function performance
  • Support and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual management reports that compare actual results with forecasts
  • Support and preparation of the the budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning and implementation
  • Prepare financial reports by collecting data from Business Unit and Corporate Staff


  • 1-2 years experience in finance or similar activity in management
  • Strong quantitative and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Finance Management
Master’s Degree
