RINA is currently recruiting for an Italy Talent Recruiter to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Global Human Resources Division.

Mission

As Italy Talent Recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, supporting senior recruiters and the HR leadership team throughout a structured and objective selection process. You’ll also incorporate innovative interviewing techniques to adapt to evolving market needs.

Key Accountabilities

  • Collaborating closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand and anticipate staffing requirements.
  • Screening resumes and actively source candidates across various recruiting platforms.
  • Conduct HR interviews, providing support for technical interviews as needed.
  • Monitoring KPIs and analyzing recruitment processes.
  • Delivering high-quality results on time, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Assisting in the implementation of innovative selection and recruitment practices.
  • Developing and promoting campaigns to attract and engage prospective candidates.
  • Participating in job fairs to enhance talent acquisition efforts.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Psychology

Qualifications

  • Maximum 3 years of experience in similar role
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English
  • Familiar with different selection tools (behavioral interview, psychometric tests…)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office 365
  • Basic knowledge of SAP in as an advantage
